Tomorrow is a trainning day, to prevent injury and for higher efficiency, I bought the mizuno wave rider 12.
Wave Rider is a neutral type shoe with parallel waves. Not so light but it's an ideal model for my foot and underpronation. I can hardly believe that for such a long time I wore wrong type of shoes...no wonder the tiring feeling never releases....
With the progress of my running style and motion, combined with correct shoe types, the most important is that I should keep in mind to obey the schedules of my coach, never overload and hurt yourself, especially having patience in rest and recovery.
Here I go. Gonna have a perfect performance!
