overall dis: 44.11 km; avg sp: 19.5; avg cad: 86

splits:
1. avg sp: 20.6; cad: 90
2. avg sp: 20.3; cad: 90
3. avg sp: 20.5; cad: 92

note:
1. 上半身太僵硬, 要放鬆.
2. 轉速還是太慢了, 再練吧.
3. 會陰有些壓迫, 屁股會想往前坐, 把坐墊略調低一點看看.
