Roller-base 1

Overall: 1:15', avg cad: 96.

Splits:
1. warm up: 17'53'', avg cad: 88
2. target training zone: 42'22'', avg cad: 100

note:
1. 轉速拉到110後要再快髖部會不穩, 先把105-110這個區間練穩.
2. 上半身不夠放鬆.
3. 騎到後面變成有點用下肢出力, 要收的回來集中在核心發力.
