忙碌的一週,都在訓練和工作之間度過,整體來說跑得還不錯,狀況隨天氣回暖、也穩定不少,一日兩練的循環急不得,每天都要做,但務必從最保守與舒適的狀況下開始;週四的乳酸門檻強度總算有跑到位,近期的強度安排仍會以法特雷克、短和長節奏跑搭配為主。
週五輕鬆地跑了21.5公里,體感是近期相當好的一次,左側豎脊肌的緊繃還需要再調整,不過動作模式已經比去年天冷身體不舒服的狀況下好上不少,今年冬季的訓練課表勢必要有所調整,別再養成壞習慣了。
